Quality Assurance Manager - Education

We are looking for a conscientious and customer focused individual to join our team in the role of Quality Assurance Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a track record working in both quality assurance in education and people management positions. Some responsibilities of the role include:
- Ensure that CPCAB’s Quality Assurance services meet regulatory requirements, company objectives and best practice standards.
- Manage the implementation and continuous improvement of CPCAB’s Centre Assessment Standards Scrutiny (CASS) strategy.
- Undertake audits of Quality Assurance processes, policies, and documentation. Ensure documentation produced by CPCAB remains fit for purpose.
- Manage and provide guidance and training on External Quality Assurance (EQA) and centre Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) requirements.
- Manage risks associated with the CASS Strategy, ensuring risks are monitored, responded to and resolved.
- Provide line management and leadership of Quality Assurance team members.
The successful candidate will be driven by a want to lead with a carrot rather than stick approach. They will bring others with them on the QA journey through positive influence and knowledge sharing. They will understand the qualifications landscape, particularly focused on the world of vocational training and adult education.

Position Overview:

What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage therapeutic services, maintaining compliance with statutory and clinical standards.

Who You Are:

Open to all Deaf students needing a placement opportunity without the need for the extra costs for BSL Interpreters. All our clients are from our Deaf community with our Counsellors being either Deaf themselves or hearing at BSL NVQ Level 6. You will be offering remote counselling via Zoom to our Deaf clients throughout the UK. One day per week preferred, but we can be flexible.
We will also provide one of our Counsellors for your counselling sessions, again without the need for a BSL Interpreter. In addition to this, we will provide BSL Interpreted Supervision sessions with our Trustee Supervisor (Interpreted at no extra cost to you).
Our placement opportunities offer equal access to all Deaf students, meaning your financial outgoings for the course requirements will be the same as your hearing peers.
