Can the Relate L4 and L5 qualifications be used towards the Open University Foundation degree?
No. They are not on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) and are not credit-rated. Even if they were on the RQF they would not be equivalent in size to CPCAB level 5 qualifications - PC-L5 or CBT-L5.
Please note that the OU Foundation Degree in Counselling is being phased out by the Open University and final registrations will be taken in October 2025.
